No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product.

Snatched By J believes that while accidents do happen, it is our job to ensure that any mistakes are handled efficiently and professionally to ensure to that we maintain trust with our customers.

Recipient name, order number and screenshot of order summary.

How long does my shipping take?

Due to Covid-19 we are expecting longer processing and shipping times than normal. We ask that you please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping. Although it doesn't always take that amount of time we like to ask for up to that amount.
